Dr. Pramod Kumar Jha

Dr Pramod Kumar Jha is a Professor Emeritus at Tribhuvan University and was the Head of the Central Department of Botany for almost ten years. He has five decades of teaching and research experience in Tribhuvan University, conducted over two dozen national and international research projects and visited thirty countries for academic purpose. He is a Fellow of The World Academy of Sciences (TWAS) , and Academician of the Nepal Academy of Science and Technology .Prof. Jha is a recipient of several national and international awards. He has published over 250 research /review papers in national and international journals, books and proceedings, authored and edited 25 books, and supervised 11 Ph D
students. He is associated with several professional societies and Journals. He founded Ecological Society (ECOS),Nepal in 1992.
